Special Education Supervision and Evaluation Consulting

This specialized consulting involves providing building-level administrators with direct supervision and evaluation feedback when evaluating their special education teachers through a job-embedded process. 

Consulting includes:

•  Half-day on-site visits to allow consultant and administrator to conduct special education teacher observations collaboratively. (Occurrences based on number of special education teachers employed and frequency of observations).
• Administrators receive immediate feedback to support their evaluation process.
•  Bi-weekly or monthly follow-up calls, virtual or by phone (60 min)
•  Administrators receive guidance involving special education teacher supervision.
