At Veale Leadership Consulting, LLC, we believe building-level school administrators want to build relationships and develop rapport with their special education teachers. We believe they want to build their self-efficacy to feel confident in their ability to lead their special education teachers; therefore, we utilize transformational leadership concepts to customize services to meet building-level administrators' special education leadership needs. We believe they want to build their capacity to individually consider, intellectually stimulate, positively influence, and inspire to effectively lead their special education teachers.
We offer a variety of services, including a specialized transformational leadership needs assessment, special education leadership consulting, special education leadership coaching, special education supervision and evaluation consultations, and leadership workshops and trainings. We work with public and charter school administrators responsible for the special education program at their schools to provide customized special education leadership support.
