This 1:1 coaching includes thought-provoking and reflective practices to bridge transformational leadership with special education leadership to inspire principals' personal and professional potential to be leaders in special education at their schools.

Coaching support will derive from Dr. Veale's How to Retain Special Education Teachers: A Transformational Leadership Guide for School Administrators, John C. Maxwell’s Becoming a Person of Influence or Developing the Leaders Around You, depending on the results of the Transformational Special Education Leadership Needs Assessment.

Coaching includes:

· Bi-weekly or monthly, in-person or virtual coaching sessions (60 min)
