To empower building-level administrators to build and strengthen their special education leadership capacity through the use of transformational leadership practices to improve special education teacher retention and increase student outcomes.
We want to reduce special education teacher attrition one school at a time by transforming special education leadership for building-level administrators.
We offer a variety of services, including a specialized transformational leadership needs assessment, special education leadership consulting, special education leadership coaching, special education supervision and evaluation consultations, and leadership workshops and trainings. We work with public and charter school administrators responsible for the special education program at their schools to provide customized special education leadership support.
